New professional card applications
Only enterprise counters and diplomatic posts can send applications to the email address: professionalcard.entreprises@spw.wallonie.be
Sending applications by email replaces the need to send them by post. You do not need to send the original application as well (but it must be kept carefully in the event of a subsequent inspection).
Issuing of professional cards
Professional cards from the Administration will be sent to the enterprise counters by mail and by email;
The enterprise counters will contact the applicant to define the procedure being applied in their office during the confinement period.
On receipt of payment, the professional card will be issued as follows:
- delivery in person,
- by registered mail,
- by email*
*In the event of email delivery, the counter will contact the applicant again at the end of lockdown to give them the original card if they have not been able to deliver it to the applicant during this period.
Professional card renewals
For a renewal (or modification), the applicant or enterprise counter must send the original Professional Card by mail to the Administration.
If the applicant sends their card directly to the Administration, the latter will inform the counter so it can issue the provisional declaration to the applicant by mail or email:
For a renewal or modification, this declaration is attached to this email.
The sending of negative decisions
No change for enterprise counters. The Administration will send negative decisions to the applicant by registered mail and email.
The sending of decisions concerning inadmissibility and their counterfoil
The administration will send the decision and the counterfoil to the enterprise counter by mail and email. Depending on their lockdown procedures, these counters will deliver it to the applicant in person, by mail or by email. The applicant will return the completed counterfoil to the counter, which will then send it to the Administration by mail or email.
