Logistics Performance Index 2018 : Belgium back on the podium
Despite falling to sixth place two years ago, Belgium has climbed back up to third place among the best performing countries in the world in terms of logistics.
LPI, an undisputed benchmark in the transport and logistics sector
The Logistics Performance Index (LPI), which has just been published by the World Bank, ranks 160 countries according to different criteria such as customs efficiency, infra-structure, the quality of logistics services and the effectiveness of tracking and tracing.
The study is published every two years and is considered a particularly reliable benchmark for the sector.
